In case grandfather died and not made any will.And my grandfather had 4 sons and 2 daughtes.Still the property not divided.

My query is elder brother Mr.X not involved in property and his brothers are generating income from shop and from land build shop which was still in name of grandfather.

1)If Mr.X son can have rights to demand for the property details like 7/12 extract or property card details.(and if there uncles are not supportive can he file suit against them.

2)Can grandson take shop to run his business but currently which is closed. Uncle suggest to Mr.X son to gets right from his Father and then ask for rights.
