LLB In Non Attending Mode

AnonymousLLB 25 May 2015, 00:19

There are certain universities(Utkal university,Fakirmohan University etc) that offer LLB in non attending mode i.e a student enrolled under that particular university can sit directly for the final examination of each academic session without attending any classes/lectures..Can someone please tell me whether this thing is legal or not?.If yes, then in what way a student gt benefited by doing his law degree in such a hectic manner?
