Sir,

we have 4 shops under our property which were given on rent.Now it has been 7 years since they gave the rent also they dont pay the electricity bill.We are facing a huge problem as we have to pay the property tax from our pocket and inturn not receiving rent.We are not able to vacate the shops since we dont have a legal bond from tenant.

I wanted to ask if the police could help us.Please give legal advice.
