LOAD BEARING BIFURCATION WALL DISPUTE WITH NEIGHBOUR

AnonymousLLB 4 Jun 2015, 17:09

Hello ! I am Parithi. I have house at Mailaduthurai , Nagai Dt in Tamilnadu.

This house is from my fore fathers and it is with us for the past 70 + years.

My house is facing north side and west side wall is ours and the east side wall belongs to the neighbour. In 1992 , we got a stay not to remove the wall as our structures are supported on it.

Neighbour land was sold and the new neighbour constructed the house 7 years ago. They are insisting us to give the wall and putting lot of pressure misusing the power ( High rank in police dept )

We have told the following options and they are not agreeing.

1. Sell the wall at reasonable price to us

2. We will handover the wall back to you when we are constructing new house with 15 years time line

Request your suggestion , to handle them and to get justice
