Can anyone please advice.I have a flat which is registered in my name.I am the sole owener of that property.My uncle has the property papers and has rented that flat,keeping the rental money from past 20 yrs.I was out of the country so had asked him to keep the papers with him for safe custody.

Now I am back in this country & is asking him for the papers of the flat & possession of the falt.He is refusing to do it.I have tried all possible ways to talk to him but he refuses to budge.

What legal way can I take to get back my property back in my possession.Kindly advice as early as possible
