Road accident and procedures
I was with my mom she was driving and i was on the next seat suddenty a mottarist hit us on our right side while we were takiing a turn but i dont know how he gathered so many people with him and we went to the nearest PS whr i was took into custody by inspector while the biker was sent to hospital afer long time he returned with bandages which were completly fake and asked us for 50000 to finish the case but we didnt accept it so he lodged a complaint against my mom my mom is a teacher in government school well she is the only parent we have but they all troubled my mom a lot and now we have the case in court we had all the documents while we were driving along with 3rd party insurance but still we r at fault why my mom is been charged with section 279 337 338 what shall we do now we are been harassed a lot by these people and i want to know wht will be the consiquences if this cas goes against us plz reply soon

Yes my mom had valid DL and car insurance ie 3rd party with all other documents my case is in andheri session court mumbai what what if she is found guilty will she be imprisoned and lose her job she is the only earning person in our family how can i help my mom she is very tensed plz help us with your views
