wants to bring my wife she refuses to come citing reason of other man

I married and stayed with girl for 6 months. we startedliving separately for 1 years and now want to bring mywife. she refuses now and wants to end the marriage. She asks me not to call her message or speak with her parents. She doesnot reply my messages and I have tried a out of calls. She had told me she has another man now and her mom has found another man. I am very depressed and tense and want her back. Please help and suggest legal way out

Hi,

Please issue a legal notice to your wife asking her to rejoin you, thereafter if she didn’t join you, you have to file a petition before the family court,under section 9 of Hindu marriage act, asking the court to direct your wife , to rejoin you.
