this is Amit verma, my father gifted me a flat in vasai. After the gift deed registration competed i came to know that, 1st agreement was between builder and Mr and Mrs Sen then Mr. and Mrs sen got diwors and Mrs. Sen give all the authority of that flat to Mr. Sen, then Mr. Sen only sold that Flat to My Father. know I have all the Agreement i.e. Between Builder Vs Mr. & Mrs Sen, Mr. Sen Vs My father and My father Vs Myself. My lower says that the agreement Between Mr. and Mrs. Sen is missing which is making My chain of Agreement incomplete. i have filed The FIR in the local Police station about the missing Agreement and after a application to the Sub registration office i got only a attached copy of Index 2, but the entire agreement is not getting form the registration office also, as they say it is not in the soft format they will have to search it in the bundles of old hard copy’s which may take indefinite time.

kindly suggest me what will happen if i don’t get that agreement copy, whether i will be able to resale it without any hurdle?
