Dear Sir,

My Father had taken a property in 1999 and had given his brother in law to run a grocery shop out their on terms & conditions that, he would later sit with him on that store. Now, they want that property and are saying that we wont give you that property. The property is under the name of my Father. They have made new trade license, and sales tax license under forgery papers without any documents. I Would request you to suggest me with some legal advice.
