Studying LLB in the UK queries regarding the Indian Bar Council

adiqapl 3 Aug 2015, 14:54

I am looking forward to study LLB in the UK.

If i study in a university which is affiliated with the Indian Bar Council, will i be able to practise law in the UK as well?

If i choose a university which is not affiliated with the IBC then will be able to practise in India.

Any help from the community will be greatly appreciated.

There is no base rate that you have to get in your graduate school examinations for meeting all requirements for the All India Bar Examination. If it’s not too much trouble note, then again, that you may show up for the All India Bar Examination just in the event that you have secured the base rate for graduation and whatever other necessities for graduation recommended by the University you are learning at.
