So Mr. X and Mrs. Y own a house. Y is the mother of X. Mr. X dies. Now, Mr. X had a wife and two sons. Mr. X’s father who was Mrs. Y’s husband had a will which stated that the property be distributed equally amongst X and Y. However, according to the will, if Y dies then X claims the absolute right of the property. So now what does Y get considering she now has 2 surviving daughters. (Hindu family) Can Y claim absolute right over the property? As per the conveyance deed, both are 2nd Party and name of Y comes first and X comes second.

If Y cannot claim absolute rights, then now does she have 62.5% share in the property if both sons and wife claim there share too? And if only wife claims here share then does Y have 75% share?
