I have a property which is comes from my mother(it is my fathers ancestral property.he is expired). I have 2 sons and i want to give this property to my younger son because i am with him and my elder son taken my full pension money. Now my elder son wants share in my property also. If i write a will on name of my younger son.. is it legally acceptable or not…?
