I would like to know if Ordinance & Presidential Order are the same. This is in relation to Article 359 - Suspension of FR.

In the question, the President promulgated ordinance. And in an ordinance passed along with it, the same has suspended Fundamental Rights. I would like to know if this permissible. Or should a separate Order have been issued to suspend FR.

Caselaws defining or differentiating Presidential Order would be helpful.
