I procured a land from a Land promotor during 1995. However it was subsequently re sold to another indl by the promotor inadvertantly during 2003. Knowing the same the promotor had cancelled the sale legally during 2008.

However inbetween the period the person who had bough the land had consutructed a house and obtain the water connection as well as TNEB Connection.

Since I had not visitied the site long period and knowing the all happening, I make the individual to vacate my land by out of court settlement. I had given compensation to him for the consutruction of house by him.

Now while applying the name change of TNEB Connection they are hesitant to change the EB Connection to my name fearing legal implication. The suggest to apply of dismantlement of existing connection and apply for the new one of my name. Obviously it is more expensive for me. But i dont know any other ways and means.

So please advice the legal position of the said case
