My father who was a Doctor by profession passed away in Jan 1994.

There are 2 children to my father i.e myself and my sister.

He had written a will and registered the same about 8years before his death.

Now my sister who married in the year 1984 has filed partition suit claiming 1/3rd share.

My father, his brother and his father divided and partitioned their properties in 1962.

Now the property which my sister has filed suit came to me in form of will executed by my father.

The property which he has mentioned in the will are acquired by my father i.e he purchased property from his own brother by a registered sale deed after their partition. After he purchased the said property he sold all the properties he acquired from partition.

Now the question is does my sister has any right and is claim of 1/3rd share as HUF is valid?
