Need your suggestions as one of my friend is not in a position to take decision.

My friend got married in 2003 and at the end of same year he started a provisional stores of his own to feed himself along with his family. He has three sisters and his father is a Central Govt Employee with take home of Rs:- 40k P/M. Apart from this his family has a secondary income of Rs:- 10k P/M in the form of Rents. In earlier times he is very happy by running his stores with a monthly income of Rs:- 22k P/M., and after couple of months his mother had a discussion with him to look out for some other job for himself as he is a Graduate. Meanwhile she will take care of the Provisional Stores for three to four years and what ever the earnings ( income ) from provisional stores side let it be them and she will include ( add ) some more from her side to set for his sisters marriages. He did the same as per his mother’s wish and set himself out side with salary 10K to 12K P/M for 12 years by not taking a single paise for his personel needs. In this 12 years time his mother has taken all the incomes which were generated by House Rents / Provisional Stores / Including his father full salary and set up an incredible wealth with her by not setting any of his sisters marriages till 2015. She always keep delaying when the topic raises by my friend and she always spoke to him like it is not your property. And she created lots of misunderstandings in between his own sisters and his father. He was like fed up with all the activities of his mother all the time and he attempted to end his life for more than 5 times. But he didn’t do that because of his family & kids. All the people in his family were well settled except him as he has only single source of income i,e his salary and not having any kind of support. When he approaches me i suggested him to take over the provisional store back with half of house rents, and start some other business along with, But he was not daring to do this. I request to all my Friends to give your valuable suggestions on this post so that he can make some strength in this regard.
