I have a serious legal issue.

One of my friend got married to a gilrl in 2008 and a divorce petition was filed in 2009 and an exparte divorce was granted to him on 30th september,2015.

Both parties hv no problem with the exparte order.

Now, the main issue is when the divorce petition was going on in family court my friend married to an another women.From this wedlock he has one son n another child is expected in jsnuary2016.

Now since he has got the divorce with 1st wife,how can he legalise the 2nd marraige n the biological children.

My friend is now an NRI.
