Hello! I am a foreigner and that`s why my question maybe is not very correct or full. I need to know if old husband died after what time of it his old wife can claim in full rights of inheritance? She is a only one successor, there is no another. Somebody told me that this will happens after 1 year after death is it so or not? Thanks!!!!
