Hello there

My wife and I co-own a property and is planning to sell it. What we learned is that if we need to avoid the 4% fee for registered POA (giving it to non-relatives) our options are

1. My wife gives to her dad and I give to my dad

2. or we give it to my dad,but we still have to pay the 4% as my dad is not a blood relative

is there any other option for us?
