My brother and I am the owner of a land with house by inheritance . My father bought that land with a building in 1972 with surrounding boundary wall. we have a excees land as it mentioned in the R.O.R. After demolishing the old construction we made a new building on the land. Now my neighbour claim the land and suit a civil case for that land . Now the Court send a letter to survey the land .

In this circumstances we can be a owner of that excess land.
