a convicted govt.employee in corruption case , department takes disciplinary action

against employee as per govt.conduct rules.when there are 3 person accused in

matter , the authority have to judge by mind apply to finalize moral turpitude of

accused 1,2,or 3 . authority action always based on court conviction and no more .

is it a right justice ?
