After finishing 12th from India I did 3 years full time LLB from a reputed university in the UK. Now I am back to India. Can my degree be treated as an academic Bachelor degree for the purpose of writing competitive exams and pursuing MA? If yes then which authority will give the equivalence certificate? The Association of Indian Universities does not give equivalence certificate for law degrees. I do know whom to approach. No one from the BCI picks up the phone.
