I am facing an issue which is really very painful for me and need help on this urgently.

Can you please reply my question.

I gave approx 1.5 lacs to one lady who have family terms with us. On faith I gave her this amount in 2013 and tried to get my money back but failed because they always gave excuses. They sometimes threatened me that don’t mess with them bcz they are lady and can file a case against me and my family also.

Now I am worrying that somebody told me that if I will not file case against them within 4 years from the date on which I gave money to them, I cannot claim the amount after 4 years. I did an online transfer to her account in Aug.2013.

My questions: 1) 4 yrs is the limitation to recover the money?

2. How should I deal them as they are ladies?

3. I am leaving in Bangalore and they are leaving in Jharkhand. Whenever I call them, they receive the call. In this condition what I should do? If I call them it will go against me? I never talk in rough way to them.

Please reply on this. This is very urgent.
