1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

I haven't heard anything about their litigating team.
@JSA peeps - your thoughts please.
Divyanshu went back to JSA after spending 3-4 years at S&R - he was a senior EP, this must have def hit the firms books.
Maybe S&R has deep enough pockets to absorb these hits. But the firm is past its glory days - thats clear to see.
Moreover, this firm is one of the select few that can proudly claim a robust alumni network. Almost every lawyer who has ever worked at S&R is well-established and continues to excel post-departure.
The loss of UW, BP, BB, SB, TA, RB, DP, JLCP, VK, among many others, did not impact S&R's reputation or growth trajectory. Mohit's departure will similarly be inconsequential. This is not to minimise their contributions or potential. A positive trajectory, immune from such resignations across practice groups over these years, proves sound institution building.
A good example of this is Anand Prasad’s departure from Trilegal. He was one of its core founders. His leaving and starting a boutique practice didn’t make any difference at all there! Likewise, Akshay Jaitley (another core founder at Trilegal) resigned and ran a practice from France for a little while. Did it make a difference to the firm? No. Sitesh is a Senior Advocate. His leaving didn’t crush Trilegal’s dispute practice!
Here’s my forecast: like his peers before him, Mohit will go on to do great things. Best of luck, Mohit.
Securities team also left?
When NKU Leaves Trilegal no longer has any competition team left. NKU is the richest competition lawyer in the country. Her team bills atleast 30 crores per year.
Trilegal stood with her ▮▮▮
Why a sudden departure?

Jsa seems to be picking up the gauntlet again. Several Partners poached in the past months. T1 status reclaimed?
Will this life JSA off its grave and bring it to limelight? It does however need a complete HR overhaul internally.
Heard they are reaching out for campus recruitment and internships via RCCs and not the usual website.
So the company that terminated me from company suddenly was just abfew days after I wrote to senior management how HR was in collusion with the sexual harassers and had refused to give me the final report in my complaints of harassment.

There's no chance you're Aman. If you're, let's meet next week and discuss this.
Nice guy. Smart.
Now since over 40 new people are joining at all levels from SAM and Trilegal at all levels.
They would be off increasing the band pay to double in other teams. Like that is what is in news. Else why would any one already working at other team want to continue. Example wise let’s say an SA level for 2 LPM would be outright discouraged to continue if someone in the same firm at same level will be paid 3 to 3.5 LPM or more.
Someone inside could please provide genuine information. Thank you in advance. Also have the new teams joined?
Wont regret
I am the storm, brother.
By setting the tone you mean pushing out your standard ppm for half of what a tier 1 firm does, then lead way. No self respecting lawyer would resort to undercutting.
The hypocrisy about being the highest paymaster is shameful. Pay your associates at par then talk about premium.
3 year LLB are treated like second class citizens. This academic year they have not been allotted hostel rooms yet and are figuring out things on their own, and mind you NLUO is situated outside the city with not much residential options around.
1. I haven't seen anyone from there doing a good internship, maybe because they were in their first year of LLB.
2. None yet as programme started last year.
3.
4. Answered above + people are in general hostile towards them, and they should be. Most of these people are from Tier 3 colleges or DU, and they are trying to bring their culture with them of abusing people and picking up random fights. They are stuck with their Tier-3 mentality.
