We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Another good person who is an NUJS alum who is also standing for elections from Howrah from the Left (Sabyasachi Chatterjee). I feel such educated politicians should be contacted by NUJS to seek support. From the BJP, the students may contact Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay and from the Congress they can contact Adhir Chowdhury. This will put a lot of pressure on NKC.
So who is exactly is going to back NKC outside Bengal?
20 ki pepsi

Here is a question asked in CLAT 2019 -
In the 64th Film Fare Award, who won the best actress award?
(A) Katrina Kapoor
(B) Priyanka Chopra
(C) Deepika Padukone
(D) Alia Bhatt
I could not answer this question as I am from a part of the country that does not give a damn about Bollywood and would not expect a question like the above in a national level law entrance exam.
Congratulations to you for being a good student in your top 3 NLU.
4.Bilingual Education for Accessible Justice?
In a bid to enhance access to justice and reduce delays, institutions offering legal education must endeavor to provide bilingual instruction, utilizing both English and the respective regional or bilingual language, as stipulated by the National Education Policy (NEP). This raises several pertinent questions:
1. Translation and Faculty Requirements at NLUs:
- Will NLUs now be required to translate their entire syllabus into Hindi? If so, will they need to hire a substantial Hindi-speaking faculty?
2. CLAT Examination in Hindi
- Will the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) also be conducted in Hindi? If this is implemented, it could potentially undermine the fundamental purpose of the examination.
3. Adherence by CNLU:
- Will (CNLU) even adhere to these new guidelines?
- Here is the guidelines

Posting again due to no response from the earlier one.
That you feel the need to discredit instead of just disagreeing indicates some deeper pathology at play.
Consider that if your work is not being mentioned or whoever you are shilling for is not being mentioned - it might be because the work is not making impact. Every nlu has ten centres and most of the time they don’t do one single impactful or valuable thing the entire time they exist. Just because there’s someone who claims they do tech law or have a centre with no projects and either no publications or publications that aren’t read by anyone - doesn’t mean they’re being ignored because of some bias or animus or even ignorance- the work might just not be as interesting or impactful.
If this question was asked about criminal law - everyone would mention Anup and Mrinal and Aparna and all of them wouldn’t they ? It’s because their work makes impact. I don’t think there’s one person in tech law space in the universities who has similarly undeniable impact.
I’m absolutely done with this now. I feel like I’m talking to a wall. If you’re working on this stuff and feel resentful at lack of recognition - work harder, go to therapy, touch grass.
Most T1s (read certain teams) bleed associates. So they recruit agencies who get in touch with people like you who are looking for greener pastures and connect them with the firm/teams hiring.
This is what NUJS should really market in is brochure!
Dell if NLUs.

1. Van Heusen and Allen Solly are the OGs. I have worn the shirts and pants at least a hundred times in the last 2 years but the quality has remained;
2. For slightly cheaper options, Westside has good options, but I felt they lacked a bit of quality.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
PS :- I am into litigation too, PQE - 2.5 months
