1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

btw, do you know their body parts were severed? I live less than 4.25 km from that place and hear first hand accounts.
Also don’t think the media attention would have been this much if a Dzire had ramped the couple on the bike but we love sensationalisation don’t we.
Obviously you can’t absolve the car driver too but let’s wait for clearer facts before forming a concrete opinion on the case.
And finally Helmet less riding kills quite a few people across our country annually which could easily have been avoided so please don’t take it trivially.

from your question, i believe you expected something like a jail term or death penalty to the accused boy.
well if that’s the case, ask your political masters to bring a new statute that would amend the existing laws that’d cater to your needs and wants. why go on abusing judiciary and legal system? they dont make laws, do they?
Imagine you have two bulls. You love them both equally, but one is stronger and can do more things than the other. When you give them tasks, you don't give them the same tasks because you know that wouldn't be fair. Instead, you give each bull tasks they can handle, respecting their individual abilities. This way, both bulls are treated fairly according to what they can do.
In the same way, the law treats everyone equally by applying the same rules to everyone, whether they are rich or poor. Bail is like a promise to come back to court and face justice, and it's available to everyone who can meet the conditions, not just the wealthy. Just as you wouldn't punish one bull more harshly because they can handle it better, the law doesn't punish someone more just because they have money. The purpose of bail is to ensure that the person returns for their trial, not to judge their guilt or innocence before the trial.
The accused will still face trial (and even a media trial) and be judged for their actions, but it must be done in a way that respects the rules and fairness that we all rely on in society.
and from your comment, it seems like making an argument isn’t a strong suit of yours either.

Now I am not scared for getting into this as taking an exit from this area would be tough and I can't do such work for whole my life.
How do I switch from Capital Markets to M&A or Disputes? Not a sound financial condition back at home, so money is a consideration for me.
Can anyone confirm this?
Is the team allocated to you in the mandatory internship at Trilegal the same team you are recruited at permanently? The HR replied that this may or may not be the final allocation. Any response would be helpful!
Moreover, not all PSUs hire every year, sometimes they do it every alternate year.
So might be possible ur boss fixed the case.
I think ur over thinking it. I don't think there's and corruption or bribery involved. Plus it would be highly unlikely that a lawyer fixing cases for Sebi.
So don’t join academia thinking it will be easy, it won’t.
It'll be a waste of time to explain how you're wrong. Chale jaa na bhai IIT Gandhinagar.
This is HR pretending to be an intern
Nahi pasand aye toh scroll karo instead of demeaning anyone
You may be allowed to shift practice areas if you're a high performer and the firm does not want to lose you, it would help if your partner is good and can put in a good word. It'll also help if you are willing to take a year's cut in terms of designation (at an associate level).
