We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

2. Dr Saurabh's PhD thesis on sports law
3. There are few like Siddharth Chouhan who I haven't read but heard that they have done quite good work. Some are doing good work while doing PhD.
If you agree, I think just one further point needs to be added. That point isn't just applicable to NUJS, it is applicable to Bengal more generally.
Saffron in Bengal lacks grassroot reach, organisation and tenacity. Most importantly Nagpur daddy doesn't want it to win yet and has far more faith on its green protege.
Now for NLUs. Many NLU VCs ran their corrupt regimes during saffron years in MP, Chattisgarh etc. Many continued to do even after the saffron took over. The same shit applies for other parties as well
Stop peddling cheap political tea leaves. It was never swadesi. Let's drink lactose free milk and not get distracted by A1 and A2 milk. That's another scam
But why single out the head of the cartel. There are many others as well including a Prof who got reported to the EC by NKC but later given an off ramp. Another AssP who protests too much. Got reported for truancy etc to the EC which ordered that increments, promotions etc be held up. So the self claimed anti-Empire protestor hit back by flunking or scaring a good chunk of students.
So don't let the beemer be a distraction. ▮▮▮ and gang shouldn't croon given their truancy.
Why are ▮▮▮, ▮▮▮ keeping quiet abt the cases that ▮▮▮ ?
And what about substance abuse and SH on campus that NKC ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮ because it concerned connected parents of alleged perps?
There is also some litigation going on in Cal HC involving NKC and JG. But it was never reported or discussed in the EC. How is the SJA allowing NKC an honourable exit?
Is this part of some deal with the so called instigating teachers?
But now a new cabal will emerge and how they play with Four Horsemen to game OVN will be the thing to watch. OVN is no pushover and far smarter than the combine which will buzz around him. In near future he will bring in his Hands.
And if things go really bad for OVN here, there is IIULER Amravati or Goa
The fact is, the LSAT is not like the CLAT, and Ivy League schools have many nepo babies. We are talking about how nepo babies get into Ivies. Unless you are in the admissions committee for Harvard or Yale, you are not in a position to speak authoritatively about what the cutoff for someone with legacy parents and powerful networks is.
If this is how you talk to people you know, it is remarkable that anyone is willing to engage with you.
Clusters A and C are in relatively better shape, but they too have experienced a notable number of departures. The overall trend reflects broader dissatisfaction across teams, primarily due to the imbalance between workload and compensation.
While Indus Transactions handles a workload comparable to that of top-tier (T1) firms, its pay structure doesn’t match up. As such, joining might make sense only if you’re unable to secure an offer from a T1 firm or are looking for exposure despite the compensation gap.
Dr. Shashikant Hazare (Constitutional Law), Dr. Girish Abhyankar (Criminal Laws), Prof Nitin Kumar (Contract Law and CPC), Dr. Sujata Arya and Prof Nidhi Tewari (Law of Torts).
Prof Abhijeet Vasmatkar may not be the most articulate but his enthusiasm and the joy he brought in his teaching were very infectious.
It's a competition of you V. the best minds of country, rather than you V. people from same legal fraternity.
The scheme mentioned above is a real one, you can check the placement record available at their own website.

If you need any reference, Mr. Kundan will help you out, he is the shortlisting authority.
Introspect.
There are also boutique dispute firms. I’m not able to make out the difference between chamber v litigation firms v dispute firms?
(Not including tier 1 firm disputes practice in this conversation)
I understand these firms don’t have a counsel practice as such, and are larger scale filing offices and act as solicitor firms? For example - do karanjawala partners appear in court ?
Apart from pay, how the is work, learning and eventual growth, benefits different? How to decide which one to pick?
Please answer sincerely, and many blessings will come your way :D
What do these law firms do? Can a job there add any value on the resume? what is the pay structure like and which are some known LPOs in India
please help me understand this phrase
regards
Any tea on this?

Which firm is more likely to give me a permanent role?
If Competition law remains your end goal go with ELP and if its Aviation or Energy choose MV Kini
The AZB culture is deeply ingrained in a tier 3 pay grade, which is unacceptable. This is why no one stays, and those who do are treated poorly (I’ve personally seen this happen). They lack the ability to even communicate properly. Save yourself and consider your options if you have them.
