Can people here share the names and email address of some good seniors/mentors in Madhya Pradesh High Court, Principal Seat at Jabalpur. People who are ready to take in freshers (0-2 Year PQE), pay junior (an obvious ask) and most importantly, hold high ethics and eschews compromising on values expected from a good advocate.
1. Backing up counsels ka concept doesn't exist in SC Litigation.
2. Dave, Gopal and Menaka are all in different leagues with different expertise. None of them get briefed in heavy duty commercial matters. Menaka and GSN are not known names for criminal lit.
3. You are naming people who primarily have a SC presence. There is a long way till any case reaches there. To reach SC, matters will either reach via NCLT and NCLAT or Trial Court and High Court.
If I had to guess, in SC, they may engage Salve / Shyam Divan / NKK depending upon the stakes.
In the firm in which I am currently interning, I have been told about a guy who has gotten a PPO from Jindal. Apparently he holds the first PPO offered by my firm in a highly technical practice area. He seems extremely knowledgeable and his LinkedIn shows that he has presented in IIMs and top business schools as well.
But if such people set the benchmark. How is there any chance for normal people like me?
