So you have to focus on an outcome that is highly positive for you in terms of your abilities and capacities and the compounding you envision for yourself over the course of 5 years.
Focus on that. Cultivate that mindset. Build that habit to consciously focus on having a highly positive outcome. Then things will be better.
When you are thinking of how to not be doomed, you are actually focusing on a state of being doomed, which will lead you there. At the end of 5 years, you might even think, oh well, it was inevitable because of the 3 year gap. DON'T MAKE IT A SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY.
Lies such as, NUJS will become great again under a new VC whose heart bleeds only for NUJS just like the incumbent and his predecessors and the teach; that the "search" process will be truly objective and not a ritual crowning of an apparatchik/front wo/man; chicanery will stop when the "new" VC takes over; the incumbent will truly be gone etc.
for MKS it will be a homecoming with wiping the slate of all the problems that arose about his transience
for FM it will be coming back to the top 3, with his ultimate goal still 4.5 years away, he will have one final shot at it
ID is the fav of the current admin, it will be more the same of old, with perhaps two crowns, may be some old favs will also migrate in
as usual SJA has no clue, the current ones know neither to lobby nor to politic, if I say what they know this message will be marked as trollish, so I refrain
NUJS typifies the current state of the country, success despite the lack of support, so it will continue chundering on
Are you mad?
2. Overburdening with administrative work
3. Students and administration all blaming faculty
4. Hardly any vacations and if you have, there is work from home
5. Pressure of publications in Scopus with no real time to research
6. Parents calling faculty to discuss why their adult child isnt performing well.
to name a few.....
Does anyone know if the fintech/TMT team in AZB Noida under partner Rohan Bagai is hiring or has vacancies, and is it worth pursuing an internship under this team.
Any insight would be extremely helpful!!!
2. Regarding the two faculty who went to Australia, are you sure they would have gone two ranks down if they had been moving to another Indian university (even NLSIU)? Sure, there is stuff to blame JGLS for in this - don't get me wrong! But still...
Please grow up ๐
Regarding pedagogies, I do not think they are set in stone and they differ based on the subject and your audience.
I have never see any panel where only one person ask questions out of 10. It is highly unusual and create suspicion towards the process. Anyhow, I probably wouldnโt be joining even if get selected.
Best of luck to you too! I hope someone deserving gets in rather than any pseudo intellectual who merely uses the rhetoric of equality.
Despite intrepid work by the SJA then, the inquiries were eventually killed off. While one can rightly point fingers at the VC, what about the worthies adorning the governing bodies, including the "venerable" judges?
Still you want to do it then go to ILI or TERI or do a specialised masters which will help in your field of interest.
Connections are important, more important than competence from my experience at SAM - but I really think that itโs like finding a life partner with finding a law firm partner - either you hit it off or you donโt. I mean love yourself, do great work and you will find someone who values you.
Just my thoughts. Would love you hear what other law firm peeps think about thisโฆ
So, what activities are lawyers in Bangalore and Mumbai into? Due to my incessant clubbing and partying during my teenage years, I have made enough contacts to gain access to these circles. However, which activity should I choose to put myself in the company of prominent lawyers, specifically law firm partners, so that I can impress them and secure a job?

How come they committed a rookie mistake?
How is the evaluation for paper-2?
though personally, it does not make sense. why can they not make the training itself more rigorous? or maybe just 1 year practice only? 3 years is too much. 1 year practice + 1 year training is more than sufficient.
Secondly, while the exam may have been a factor for students to take the bus, its not uncommon for students to travel through private buses to attend fests. This has happened a lot of times before.
Third, the admin did take put official statement by registrar to the students. Sent a lot of counselling and support mail, infact additional counsellors were called upon the same day to support students mentally.
Fourthly, the memorial/condolescence meeting did take place today and an email came out for that too
There is frankly nobodyโs fault except for maybe the drivers of the bus and the
