How can you name such a mediocre guy in this ?
I'm finding the work a little boring; I'm not learning anything new, there is nothing intellectually stimulating about it. The work that the seniors seem to be doing is also along similar lines. I don't think there's much scope for growth or learning here.
I have always been interested in M&A, transactions. All my internships have been in this area. Would love to switch to a law firm.
Could someone please help me with this? (Especially if there is someone who has made this switch)

2. How should I prepare for a switch, what should I be reading/studying etc.?
3. I have a standard 3 month notice period (is there any way I can circumvent this, get it shortened, etc.?)
And what assured MSP and subsidies you are talking about. You will cry once you see our struggles. Farming is not a joke. Not everybody has Audi here.
1. Do they consider first time internship as assessment internships ?
2. Do they pay any stipend for first time internships?
3. What are the vacancy and PPO scenes in the disputes team ?
4. What is the package offered to freshers in the Delhi office ?
Pay depends on whether you're still studying or have graduated.
Interview: along with your CV, work on that long ass form they give. Sometimes they ask from this form.
Tip: Everybody likes cheap labour. So have a good offer at hand to negotiate with while entering. And have a good offer or some other bargaining chip at the time of conversion discussion. Be polite, don't be rude with the nego. But ensure that they don't keep extracting cheap labour from you in the form of paralegalship. have a mental deadline that you won't do it for more than 3-6 months.
Also, good luck trying to get the HR to respond after your interview. HR is uncooperative (don’t let your guard down) - best do your follow up, etc. through someone inside the firm.
But yea lmfao please avoid, it was not a good place to be for me or the people I have spoke to our experiences with about and they hire a lot from GLC.

Granted sometimes there might not be enough hours in the 9AM to 9PM grind, but the workarounds to that are endless. You can have a 30min-1hr workout for even 4 days a week and reap the same benefits you’d get from working out 7 days a week consistently.
The human body is extremely adaptable. All you need to do is want it bad enough and have a life outside of work.

Good people to work with?
In substance the work is mundane and mostly clerical like copy pasting things from website to excel and sometimes youll have no work. An example would be - They conduct a lot of seminars from firms end you will do the admin type work through which theyll send invites, researching those firms.
