As to your question generally, yes there are some Indian researchers working on jurisprudence, albeit very few. And yes, many of them are on twitter since nowadays that's the dominant platform for academics (although I sense many are migrating to bluesky).
Their interviews are very technical unlike other firms so prepare accordingly and do not slack off or take this lightly. All the best.

KCO does not get back late, maximum 2 months for a PPO interview and even earlier for a callback. 2 people from the 2026 batch of NALSAR received PPOs in that timeline. KCO/ firms in general do not respond with a rejection, so take the hint.
