2. Slow paced city - after a fucked up life in a fast paced law firm environment- this city will feel refreshing. Not much traffic as well.
3. Decent night life - it is slowly developing.
4. Cheap - including real estate, you can buy a house at a reasonable price
5. Historical city....great architecture
6. Decent weather - hot and cold - you can experience both extremes
7. Great food.
8. Connected to a lot for places you can visit. Rajasthan has enough places you can go for a short trip. Nearby states also provide a good option - MP, Gujarat, Himachal, uttarakhand, etc.
9. Infra is not that great but it is getting better.
There may be some cons as well but I'm sure pros will outweigh the cons.
Currently I am thinking of buying a nice car as I see people driving models better than mine. But I might think it will be a waste once I actually buy it

Please note, I’m not asking about the recognition of online or correspondence degrees by the Bar Council of India (BCI). I already know that debate exists, and I’m tired of seeing comments about it. I’m specifically asking if having done a regular LLB while employed would be an issue for judiciary exam eligibility.

Context is that a new management has now taken over the erstwhile Corporate Debtor and the CIRP process is complete. In light of the clean slate doctrine, claims of debt cannot be raised.
But this is a claim for compensation, not exactly a debt right? So a case can be filed?
On the other hand, Section 53(3)(ii) makes a reference to Section 326 of Companies Act, which in turn says that workmen dues includes claim of compensation u/ WCA
I just hurts to feel like an unused resource, when you can meaningfully contribute.
I am a 3rd year law student at supposedly one of the best private law schools. From the past two months I have been religiously sending emails to over 20 law firms for an internship. The only response i get from, if any, is their rejection mail within 3-4 days. I am really helpless at this point and dont know what to do. All these rejection mails are consuming me and I am losing my night’s sleep. I have a decent cgpa and did 4 internships in the past, out of which one of them were at a good tier 2 firm with an established practice. I also have publications on indiacorplaw and nlu blogs sites.
I earnestly request all of you to guide me. All my seniors here please list down some good boutique or tier 3 firms that takes interns without contacts. Any other help would be deeply appreciated.

If the document is non enforceable you can quit the law firm asap
But incase you are a independent woman you can find alternatives in legal field incase you have good academics you can teach class XI AND XII kids it won’t pay you much but can help you manage daily finances
