So, instead of saying yes to everything Kapil Sibal said and blindly defending the state, why couldn't she condemn the coverup and instead say that the state should be held accountable? Should I opt out of it and sit for clat again after 3 month preparation. Parents have submitted the fees but finances are not a big concern. Previous alumni from the college kindly guide. Most peers are vague with what their goal is and seniors in my limited time have not been a real help.
First person was a genuine star alum: famous, popular, great career achievements etc. He committed suicide. The true cause of death was disguised to protect his privacy. Second person was also well known. He was an alcoholic and drank himself to death. He was depressed. Here too the actual cause of death was not disclosed to respect his privacy.
What both cases show is that successful people can be deeply unhappy and lonely. It's important to have supportive friends. I personally think that the legal profession is one that will give you many useful contacts, but not many genuine friends. Your best shot at making friends is during your college days in law school. If you graduate from law school without having made a group of close friends, it will get tough to make new friends later on in life.
