One article quotes colleagues of the victim who say that she may have been killed because she was very honest and was going to expose a drug trafficking racket inside the hospital, involving powerful people. Another article says that people who are innocent seem to have been arrested for vandalising the crime scene. One guy works as a sound technician and his fiancé has said that there is CCTV footage of him working at the time of the vandalism.

Left and BJP workers are being falsely arrested and questioned by the police for the vandalism, as a way to intimidate the opposition. One young and honest girl who is a well-known leftist student activist, Minakshi Mukherjee, has been summoned by the police along with there leftist students. They have rock-solid alibis and the vandals were all men, but still these girls are being blamed for it.

Any average student would at the minimum have not less than 4 one-to-one mentors.

'Hard work', 'patience' and what nots can at most be flung at students upto the 3rd year of the 5 year course. Those qualities, at best can contribute to your survival, if you want to thrive however, patronage of some established senior is a MUST. Everyone knows that right from briefing in matters, to the outcome of Bar elections, all the way upto recommendations for elevation from the Bar or for the senior gown, EVERYTHING works on your connections alone

I completed LLB in 2013. However, I started working as a corporate and M&A lawyer in 2015 as I was pursuing CS and MBL. I gained 4.5 years work experience working as an associate with law firms based in Delhi and Bangalore.
I started my career with a low salary because I was keen on gaining knowledge rather than making money but because of this I got stuck in a low salary bracket despite the average salaries being high.
In 2021, I took a break from law firm practice due to personal unavoidable reasons. During this period I started practicing independently and was able to work on a few assignments.
Now I am ready to join a law firm in Bangalore but need to know:
1. Which law firms to apply to considering the so called gap of around 3.5 years.
2. The position for which I should apply.
3. The expected salary for the same.
