There are still recruiters coming on Day One and afterward.

Hi community, I'm looking for suggestions on law firms and/or a particular lawyer's team. I have about 4 years of experience- as a lawyer at a tier 3 law firm doing general corporate and PE/VC and inhouse with a conglomerate in fmcg sector. While I'm willing to put in the efforts, I would appreciate if the law firm offers good work culture (with boss and colleagues willing to work as a team and not offering the toxic culture work places usually has) and salary in 6 figures per month.

Hey so I have an assessment internship coming up at Khaitan in October, with the general corporate team.

Problem is I have 0 practical knowledge and no idea how to convert this opportunity.

Any pointers on how I should prepare and what I should learn in order to convert this internship opportunity??

There is really no separate "M&A team." With Aditya Bhat leaving, there is only a corporate practice that's there.

As with everything at AZB, the firm shuns structure and process, but in a good way. Do well at your internships, make sure to work with one of the four corporate partners there and let them know you want a job there.

Bro that's not how your salary grows. Unless you have made an Equity Partner, a normal Partner is just a glorified PA on retainer. Ofcourse your salary grows fast and may be exponentially in some fields in the first 10 years or so of your career. But ultimately we all have a ceiling point and the market will not go beyond that for you. So just because you reached 80 L to 1 crore say in 10 to 12 years doesn't mean you will reach 20 crores ( by today's standard i.e. minus inflation) by the 20th year.
