I’m in disputes team of a T1 in Max Towers. My partner is downright uncouth and ill spoken. While the normal bc mc to clients before and after the calls is a norm, he also calls and starts blasting if ‘he doesn’t understand’ something in the draft or the query. What does the Disputes Team's work profile look like? Is it like any other law firm's disputes practice, or do they have a specific niche in arbitration? I ask because of the work profile of the partner they onboarded in April.
Also, what's the PPO process like? Is it a standard callback/assesment internship and then interviews, or do they sometimes confirm PPOs in a single internship?

I think we need a recruitment system where CLAT ranks get some weightage, else it’s really unfair. There are many people at tier 2 NLUs who have higher ranks than people in tier 1 NLUs or Jindal. Why exclude them?
