The All India Bar Exam (AIBE) IX’s results are tentatively expected to be released next week, running one month behind schedule.

A source with knowledge of the exam today told Legally India that a timeline could be determined yet but that AIBE contractor ITES Horizon had indicated that it would try to release the results by the second week of May.

The AIBE-IX’s results were originally due to be released before 15 April but days before that deadline it was reported that they would be released by the end of April.

BCI and ITES running this together is a case of the blind leading the blind. It would be difficult to determine which of these two organisations is more incompetent, although the BCI probably takes the cake for the sheer breadth and scale of its dysfunctionality.

I haven't been in so much agreement with someone's comment on LI lately. I wonder what is the reliability of the results that are finally published.
