ALMT Legal is the last of the previous generation of law firm tenants to move out Mumbai’s Express Towers, leaving only new tenant Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas behind.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas moved into its now-renovated 23rd, 24th and 17th floors of its Express Towers offices late last month.

Amarchand Delhi’s Shardul Shroff is set to take two additional office spaces in Mumbai after mediation will end, including the soon-to-be-ex Nariman Point office of AZB & Partners.

ALMT Legal has voted for South Mumbai and taken on an extra 50 per cent of floor space in Mumbai’s busy Express Towers building, to make room for future expansion.
