Juris Prime Law Services, which was spun out of Kochhar & Co in 2015 by Hyderabad head and partner VVSN Raju, has promoted one freelancer and one of its principal associates to partner.

Juris Prime, which had demerged from Kochhar & Co in Hyderabad last year after four years, merged with the litigation practice of Raja Shekar that operated as Salvaji Legal.

Kochhar & Co Hyderabad head and partner VVSN Raju, who had merged his firm Juris Prime Law Services with Kochhar in July 2011, demerged from Kochhar in September.
