Verus won an order lifting the city-wide Mumbai ban on the sale of meat that was imposed by the government in solidarity with the Jain fasting period.

The Bombay high court has designated 11 new senior counsel, including three outside Mumbai, Economic Laws Practice (ELP) partner Vikram Nankani, and one woman.
