Khaitan & Co partner and 2006 ILS Pune graduate Abhishek Sinha has resigned from the firm to start-up an a new learning provider for young lawyers and law students.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai-based lateral hire Abhishek Sinha, who was reportedly poached in April from Khaitan & Co where he was an associate partner, will return to Khaitan & Co as an associate partner, according to several authoritative sources.

Shardul Shroff has hired a third associate partner from Khaitan & Co, with Abhishek Sinha who was promoted to salaried partner last month having resigned.
